Punctuality:
Your punctuality is greatly appreciated to ensure a seamless experience for all clients. First time clients, are kindly asked to arrive 15 minutes prior to their scheduled appointment to complete a client consultation e-form. This form will cover your personal skincare history, concerns, and any relevant medical conditions.
Scheduling
Cancellation and Rescheduling Policy:
We kindly request at least a 24 hour notice for cancellations or rescheduling. A credit card may be required to secure your appointment at the time of booking. Late cancellations or no-shows will result in a 50% charge of the scheduled services.
