Punctuality
Your punctuality is greatly appreciated, so other clients are not inconvenienced. First time clients, please arrive 15 minutes prior to your scheduled appointment so you may complete a Client Consultation eForm regarding your personal skincare concerns and your medical conditions.
Scheduling
Please notify me 24 hours in advance in the event of a cancellation or rescheduling. When scheduling an appointment a credit card may be required to reserve your appointment. Any late cancellations will result in a 50% charge of your scheduled service.
